DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Yes, The presence of an adult is always recommended at the time of delivery of goods, in case no one is present, the goods will be left at your door step.Incase of cash on delivery, our driver will return your items back to the lager, and the goods have to be claimed personally by you or can be delivered for an additional delivery charge.Incase you need to reschedule your delivery timings you can contact one of the mobile numbers given in our website atleast 6 hours before your scheduled delivery.

CAN I GET DELIVERY THE SAME DAY?

Your orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement of order and you also have the option to choose your delivery time

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN SUBMITTED ORDER?

Yes, you can make changes to an submitted order within a window of 2 hours from the submission of your order, no changes will be accepted after this time. Changing your order may at times change your delivery date, prices, promotions,delivery codes etc., also some promotional codes cannot be added to an already submitted order.

IS THERE AN MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

Yes, There is a minimum order amount of 39 chf. Only orders with a value of 39 swiss francs and above are eligible for home delivery and will be charged a reasonable amount for shipping. Orders with a value of 70 chf and above are eligible for free shipping. The values are based on management decision and may vary from time to time

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, you can place an order for someone else but make sure you change the delivery address and inform the concerned person about the delivery time and payment.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You can use your debit card or Credit card and pay using our Pay pal account or Twint to one of the mobile numbers specified in our website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Occasionally an item may be out of stock ,The items out of stock will be always restocked as early as possible. Please do visit our website for regular updates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER GOODS ON CASH ON DELIVERY AND FAIL TO BE PRESENT AT HOME?

Incase you order goods using cash on delivery option and fail to be present at home, the goods will be taken back and delivered with an additional shipping cost .Incase you wish to cancel the order, you may do so, but, you will be charged the shipping cost.

CAN I RETURN UNSATISFACTORY OR UNWANTED ITEMS?

NO, At the moment due to the prevailing Pandemic situation goods once delivered will not be taken back on any circumstances. But, the manjappai team will take necessary action on genuine complaints and do the best in favour of the customer.
